01. The Challenge & Solution
Climax Hair is one of the most forward-thinking salons in the Southern region of the Netherlands, but their previous website didn’t reflect the premium experience they deliver on a daily basis. The site lacked structure, clarity, mobile performance and booking an appointment wasn’t as seamless as it could be.
They also wanted a way to support clients outside opening hours, handle questions instantly, and offer a more personal digital experience to their clients.
Our solution:
Faijaars Marketing completely redesigned the Climax Hair website from the ground up. Clean, modern, and aligned with their luxury brand identity. We also implemented a custom built AI conversation agent that handles FAQs, guides visitors to the right treatments, assists in booking, and provides instant support 24/7. The result is a website that not only looks stunning but actively helps the business run smoother.
